We offer a free initial consultation (up to 2 hours) and final consultation (up to 1 hour). Additional in-person and on-site consultations are $50.00 per hour (1 hour minimum). Telephone consultations are available by appointment.

Payment Option 2: Pay in full upon reserving the event date. If reservation date is 1 month or less prior to the event date, option 2 must be used. Alternative deposit options may be available at the discretion of Visual Lyrics. We recommend that if your wedding date is in March, April, May, September or October, you make your deposit as early as possible to ensure your event date. Deposits are non-refundable.

The final payment is due 1 month prior to the event. Payments received after the final payment due date may require an additional fee to ensure timely delivery of flowers and supplies and/or certain flowers or supplies may become unavailable. Final payments made more than 5 days after due date incur a fee of $50 on the 6th day and $5 per day until payment is made. If final payment is not received, this agreement may be terminated and no refunds given. The final payment is due 1 month prior to the event. Payments received after the final payment due date may require an additional fee to ensure timely delivery of flowers and supplies and/or certain flowers or supplies may become unavailable. Additions and subtractions may be made to the order any time up until the final payment due date provided the requested deductions do not exceed 20% of the contracted amount. After the final payment due date, no further subtractions may be made to the order but additions may be made until 14 days prior to the event. All requests for changes to the invoice must be made in writing even if they have been discussed by telephone. Requests for additions made less than 14 days to the event may or may not be honored depending on the availability of product, equipment, or other factors beyond the control of Visual Lyrics.

Payments may be made in cash, check or money order or with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Payments may be mailed to 1901 W. New Hope Dr. Cedar Park, Texas 78613. The cost for additions made prior to the final payment due date will be added to the final payment amount. Additions made after the final payment due date require immediate payment. Payments are nonrefundable unless, at the sole discretion of Visual Lyrics, unusual circumstances warrant a refund. All payments are non-refundable if the event is cancelled after the final payment due date.

Containers, candle stands, arches, feathers and other items are rental items. In the case that these items are not returned to us, you will be charged the replacement fee in addition to the rental fee. If our containers or equipment are lost or broken, the replacement fee will be due within 2 weeks of the event. If payment is not received within 2 weeks of the event, the credit card on file will be charged. Purchase price is available for many items, please inquire if interested.

Occasionally factors beyond the control of Visual Lyrics may influence the quality of the flowers and product to be used in your event which must be considered. If for any reason the flowers or product arrives damaged, becomes unavailable, or comes in the wrong color or size, Visual Lyrics reserves the right to substitute with product of equal value.

Visual Lyrics must have signed copies of this Terms and Conditions of Agreement and a Rental Agreement if applicable to complete your order. The final outline must be signed and approved via Honeybook, our online portal. Visual Lyrics can not be held responsible for any item not listed in the outline.

The delivery/pick-up fee is 25% of the subtotal. Out of town deliveries (Marble Falls, Kyle, Buda, Dripping Springs, Driftwood, etc.) have a delivery fee of 30%. The minimum subtotal for out of town deliveries is $3500.00. Any out of town deliveries that Visual Lyrics accepts under the $3500.00 limit will have a delivery fee of 30% or more, depending on distance and other factors. The delivery fee for weddings that do not involve pick-up is 20% of the subtotal. The minimum delivery fee is $100.00. Wedding flower orders of less than $500.00 have the option to pick up their order to avoid the delivery fee. Wedding flowers should be picked up as close to the time of the ceremony as possible and should be kept in a cool, dry place out of sunlight until needed. Items to be moved from the ceremony to the reception at the same location have an additional fee of 25% of those items or $50.00, whichever is greater. The added fee is dependant on the number of staff members needed to transition smoothly and amount of time between first delivery time and “flip” time. Items to be moved from one location to another have an additional fee dependent upon items to be moved and the distance between venues. All orders that include furniture have a delivery fee of 30% of the subtotal. Late night pick-ups after 11:00 p.m. incur an additional fee of $50. We typically deliver 2 hours prior to the ceremony unless different arrangements are made and remove décor/clean immediately following the reception. Events scheduled for holiday weeks (week of Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day) have a delivery fee of 35% of the subtotal.

All sketches are the property of Visual Lyrics and not to be used by other vendors except with written permission of a member of Visual Lyrics. All orders for custom items including signage, structures, etc. must be made at least 1 month in advance and can not be deleted once the order is made. Additional set up, including placement of other items, will be $100.00 per hour, one hour minimum. Schedule accordingly so that a Visual Lyrics staff member is available to you on your event day. All containers or glassware provided by you must be clean and tags removed or a cleaning fee will apply. Unless items are necessary to create designs, they can be placed on the tables the day of the event and we will add the décor at the time of delivery. Wedding cake vendors that would like Visual Lyrics to provide cake flowers to them prior to our scheduled delivery time may arrange to pick up the flowers prior to the event date. Visual Lyrics can not be held accountable for any circumstances beyond their control regarding this event, its services or products including extreme weather, wind and heat. Visual Lyrics reserves the right to refuse services. Mock arrangements available at the quoted price of the original. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of ordering a portrait bouquet.

These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Visual Lyrics Inc, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," to you, the customer, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer." By placing an order with the Seller, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Ordering

1.1 By placing an order through our website or other designated online platforms, you are making an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

1.2 The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability of products, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 All prices listed on our website are in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment through any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International logo as well as mobile wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

2.3 The Seller reserves the right to change prices of products at any time without prior notice. However, once an order has been accepted and payment processed, the price agreed upon at the time of purchase will not be subject to change.

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery of products will be made to the address specified by the Buyer at the time of ordering. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete.

3.2 The Seller will make every effort to deliver orders within the agreed time frame. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as product availability, location, and external circumstances beyond our control.

3.3 The Buyer acknowledges that delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful due to reasons such as adverse weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Seller will not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or damages.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the product to arrange for a return or exchange.

4.2 Returns will only be accepted for products that are in their original condition and packaging. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is deemed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

4.3 Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned product. The original payment method used for the purchase will be credited, excluding any shipping charges.

5. Subscription Agreement

By subscribing to our floral arrangement service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

5.3 Cancellations and Modifications

• You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
• Cancellations made after this period will apply to the next billing cycle.

6. Liability

6.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from us.

6.2 In no event shall the Seller be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the sale of our products.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the city of Cedar Park, Tx. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cedar Park, Tx.

8. Copyright Protection

8.1 All content included in our website, online platforms, and any related materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Visual Lyrics Inc and is protected by copyright laws.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or modify any content from our website or other online platforms without the prior written consent of Visual Lyrics Inc.

9. Amendment
