    Yes! Just give us a call or fill out our consultation form to get started.
  • Can you work within my budget?

    Yes! Each client has their own budget. Every client deserves their vision. We will work hard to create that for you.

Orders & Shipping

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We do not ship any of our arrangements, however some of our art pieces can be shipped any where in the world.
  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, with in our store page you can access tracking.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Orders placed before 2pm can be delivered same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered next day.
  • How can I change my order?

    If you would like to change your order please give us a call at 512.297.1228

Exchanges & Returns

  • How can I exchange or return a product?

    If you would like to exchange or return an arrangement please call us to better help with the process. All exchanges will require the returun of the original product.

Materials & Care

  • Where do the materials come from?

    Many of our flowers are sourced locally, however some flower types are shipped in from global suppliers.
  • How do I extend the life of my flowers?

    If in a vase, changing the water out can keep them fresh and extend the life.

Wedding Services

  • What is your pricing structure? Are there package options available?

    Like clients, budgets are unique! Yes! We do offer package pricing. Typical budgets range from $3500 to $12,000.
  • Do you provide a contract outlining the services and floral arrangements?

    Yes! Our process centers on ease of use. You will have constant access to your contract online any time, including revisions through our portal.
  • Do you offer rental options for vases, arches, or other decorative elements?

    Yes! We have a wide variety of vases, arches, lanterns, votives, and many other decorative items to rent for your event.
  • How far in advance should I book your services?

    We suggest one year in advance.
  • Can you accommodate last-minute changes or additions to the floral arrangements?

    We allow for changes up to 60 days before your event.
  • Will you be responsible for setup and teardown of the floral arrangements at the venue?

    Yes! We are Full Service Florists. Our team will be there to set everything up and return in the evening to clean it up.
